Manuel Neves, [1910]-2001, fotógrafo e proprietário da Foto Brasil, em Lisboa, adquiriu em 1970 o estúdio sito à R. de Avis, 34, em Évora, que foi propriedade de Eduardo Nogueira desde 1928, aí desenvolvendo atividade até à data do seu falecimento.
