The University of Évora is the entity responsible for the Arquivos.UÉ, and its administration is the responsibility of the IT Services in coordination with the Documentary Information Division of the Library and Documentary Information Services and CIDEHUS - Interdisciplinary Center of History, Cultures and Societies of the University of Évora.

The information contained in Arquivos.UÉ aims to disseminate institutional archival information that fits the mission and purposes of the University of Évora.

For administration purposes, technical information is collected, namely the IP (Internet Protocol) address, pages visited and the browser (browser) used to view Arquivos.UÉ. This collection is intended to diagnose problems, optimize access, traffic analysis and production of statistical indicators.

All content made available is the responsibility of the University of Évora. The information contained therein is property of the University of Évora, and cannot be reproduced or modified without prior authorization, except for teaching or research purposes or for personal and lawful use, in which case the ownership and origin of the same must be indicated.

The University of Évora reserves the right to change, delete or add any information in Arquivos.UÉ content without prior notice.
