Biographical history
Economista francês, especialista em Economia da Energia, foi professor de Política Energética na Universidade de Lisboa entre 1983-1990 e na Universidade de Paris, 1985-2008. Assessorou membros do Governo Português e da Comunidade Europeia, foi um dos consultores do plano energético português na década de 1980 e integrou a comissão coordenadora do Movimento Ibérico Antinuclear em Portugal.
