O livro teve como início da sua redacção 1734. Copia tombos anteriores de 1633, 1662 e 1725. Com diversas anotações dos sécs. XVIII e XIX. Contém também uma memória das dívidas do mosteiro (1758), uma memória das fazendas e rendas de trigo compradas pela Madre prioresa Soror Francisca Vitória da Cruz até Abril de 1789 e apontamentos sobre diversas propriedades até 1834.
