Biographical history
Natural de Freixo de Espada à Cinta, concluiu a licenciatura em Artes Plásticas - Escultura na Escola Superior de Belas Artes de Lisboa em 1982, onde lecionou de 1985-2012. É artista premiado em Portugal e no estrangeiro, estando representado em coleções particulares, públicas e em localidades. É nomeadamente de sua autoria o conjunto escultórico Monumento ao Bombeiro Voluntário de Évora, 1984, na rotunda junto à Escola Secundária Gabriel Pereira.
